Fall Camporee

We had a wildly successful Camporee the second weekend of October.  Scouts participated in activities like rope making, knot tying, atl-atl throwing, orienteering, and more!  The weather on Saturday was near perfect, and everyone had a great time!  A huge thank you goes out to Pete Zibers and Kris Krahenbuhl for chairing the event, and to their team and other volunteers that came out to staff stations, take pictures, and make sure everyone had fun and stayed safe.  Also a huge thank you to Brian Phillips and Poplar Heights Farm for allowing us to use their beautiful property.

Get next year's camporee on your calendar now!  SPT Camporee is held the second weekend of October each year.  For 2019 that will be October 11-13.  Planning for next year has already begun.  If you have suggestions for program, or would like to volunteer to staff next year's event, contact Frank Inglis.
