The Blue Elk District provides Micosay Memorial Services at no cost for those Tribesman who have passed away. A Micosay Memorial Service is conducted during the celebration of life for the Tribesman, serving as Micosay's tribute to honor and remember our fellow Tribesman for their contributions and sacrifices made through Scouting and Micosay. While the earthly work of our fellow Tribesman is done, Micosay finds comfort that the Inner Circle of Micosay has not been broken in spirit. The Micosay Memorial Service serves as an opportunity to reflect on the values that each Tribesman cherishes deeply. These memorial services are tailored to honor the individual Tribesman.
