Springtime Recruitment

Recruitment is a year-long endeavor, and the Three Trails District is committed to assisting packs recruit the right youth and adult volunteers for their units. To learn about the 2023 Cub Scout recruitment plans and what you can do to help promote your Cub Pack, please click HERE. For additional information, contact the District Membership Chairman, Merle Bowers. The Heart of America Council is glad to help our packs find new members, and offers a variety of resources and amenities to help with recruitment. Webelos Transition

Webelos Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, and Unit Commissioners all play a key role in Webelos to Scout Transition.  Your goal should be to cross over 100% of your Webelos to a Boy Scout Troop.

Venturing

Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women who are 14 years of age OR 13 years of age and have completed the eighth grade and under 21 years of age. Venturing's purpose is to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults.
