Our council believes that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the fun, friendship, and character-building adventures of Scouting. We are deeply committed to growing our Kansas City Scouting community, and this fall, we are taking a major step to make joining easier and more affordable than ever before.
From August 1 through October 31, The Heart of America Council will offer a special, exclusive introductory rate for brand-new Scouts and their families. New members will get the opportunity to experience everything Scouting has to offer for just $65 for the entire year—which is nearly half the regular price!
What This Special Rate Includes:
We’ve structured this introductory rate to significantly lower the upfront cost for new families. When you sign up this fall, you will receive:
- A $20 discount on the National registration fee for new youth.
- No Council Program fee ($39) for both new youth and new adults.
- Available for all new Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA members.
