BSA Pinewood Derby's have been raced for decades around the nations. Incorporating the idea of child and parent to build a Pinewood Derby Car together, quality time which doesn’t happen much anymore. Packs across the nation utilize a track within their local neighborhood every year to race. Those Pack winners get a chance to compete at the District level, to see whose has the car with the quickest time! Pinewood Derby Cars are not powered by gasoline or any other type of fuel; nothing but the force of gravity rushing down the track! Where the winner is the racer that crosses the finish first and with the fastest time.
