Webelos Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, and Unit Commissioners all play a key role in Webelos to Scout Transition. Your goal should be to cross over 100% of your Webelos to a Boy Scout Troop.

Scouts with Disabilities
The basic premise of Scouting for youth with disabilities and special needs is that they want most to participate like other youth — and Scouting gives them that opportunity. Trailhead District is unique and offers a Cub Scout Pack, Boy Scout Troop and Venturing Crew geared all for youth with disabilities. For more information and to get involved with these scouting units, CLICK HERE.
Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women who are 14 years of age OR 13 years of age and have completed the eighth grade and under 21 years of age. Venturing's purpose is to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults.
If you have any questions about venturing, would like to join a crew or start one of your own, please contact Alisa Reigert, Trailhead Venturing Membership Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org or (913) 314-0550.
