  • Induction Events - Multiple dates.  All youth elected and adult nominated to become members of the Order of the Arrow have six opportunities to become Ordeal members of the OA this year.  Current Ordeal members of the OA who have been Ordeal members for at least ten months may seal their membership in the OA by completing their Brotherhood membership at an Induction Weekend as well.  The lodge also welcomes non-Arrowmen to join their troops at Induction Weekends to participate in troop programming, see a little bit of what OA is about, and maybe take some time to participate in some supplemental fun camp programs during the weekend!  The lodge is planning for another large year of Inductions, so make sure to get your election scheduled and conducted as soon as possible.  That will give your candidates more time to be able to register for one of our Induction Events!
